A. Address Use for Taiwanese Startups:

Taiwanese startups can apply to use the hub's address for a period of six months. A deposit of JPY 200,000 is required, which will be refunded upon withdrawal. In case of any violations or failure to vacate or renew the agreement on time, the management team reserves the right to forfeit the deposit and enforce the removal. If an extension is needed, the request must be submitted at least one month before the expiration date, with a clear exit date specified.

Application Process:

• Complete and submit the registration form.
• Upon approval, sign the contract and pay the deposit.
• Users will receive the same rights as outlined in "Item 2."
• Mail collection service is included.

B. Registration Services:

Company address registration and consultation services are provided by a third-party service provider, with all payments made directly to the third-party company. The maximum service period is 12 months, and a JPY 200,000 deposit is required, refundable upon withdrawal. The management team reserves the right to forfeit the deposit in case of any violations or failure to vacate on time.
