SIT Tokyo Hub offers event spaces specifically designed for the entrepreneurial and innovation community, ideal for hosting various business events and gatherings. Please review the usage guidelines and complete the reservation form. We will contact you after reviewing your application!

Application Guidelines

  • Applicants must be from communities, associations, foundations, government units, startups, or companies in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship.
  • The event theme should be related to innovation, entrepreneurship, new technology, or business-related exchanges.
  • If the event is scheduled on weekends or evenings, additional staff overtime and cleaning fees will apply.


Usage Guidelines

  • Catering for the event must be arranged by the applicant.
  • Any furniture rearranged for the event must be restored to its original layout after the event.
  • For any special requirements, please contact the Tokyo Hub team.
  • The Tokyo Hub team reserves the right to approve or deny the eligibility of applicants.
  • In case of damage to the venue or equipment, repair, cleaning, or compensation fees may be charged as necessary.
